Qualtrics provides online tutorials, how-tos and additional resources to help you learn the system.

Qualtrics provides unlimited web-based training for 20 people or more as part of the University's contract. You can request a training by emailing training@qualtrics.com.

Qualtrics is the primary support provider. If you are experiencing issues or have questions about how to do something you can contact Qualtrics support directly.

CONSULTATIONS- OMS provides a host of professional survey consultation services available a-la-carte and at an affordable price. PRODUCTS - One major advantage of purchasing an enterprise-wide license for Qualtrics is that we are able to save licensing fees by having a single contract in place. Qualtrics has several other products that are available to individual users, departments, colleges, campuses or the enterprise. Products include:

  • Offline Surveys

  • File Upload

  • Salesforce Integration

  • Qualtrics 360

Cost savings will continue to be actualized if we consolidate our requests and purchase products in bulk, when possible. The first step is to identify and quantify user needs. In order to purchase a product for the enterprise, we need to justify the cost. Minimally, we hope to connect users with similar needs in order to cut costs when an enterprise need is not identified.
