Survey Calendar

This calendar includes currently known University-wide surveys critical to University research, planning, and decision making and surveys added by Qualtrics users. If you are considering when to launch your own survey, it may be helpful to look for times with fewer surveys occurring - an increase in the number of surveys for one population at a given time will often lead to a lower response rate for all of the surveys at that time.

To access the O-SAT survey calendar and add your own survey information, follow these simple steps:

  1. Select the + Google Calendar icon below the calendar. The O-SAT Survey Calendar will then appear on the left side of your page under My calendars.
  2. Left click on O-SAT Survey calendar and select Display only this calendar.
  3. Once you access the calendar and are ready to add your survey, please include the following items:

1. Add your survey as an all-day event, from the date the survey is active to the date that it is inactive.
2. Add the survey title where it states Untitled event.
3. Add who you will be surveying in the Where field.
4. If you are surveying students, color code the event bold red. Faculty and staff surveys should be coded yellow. 
5. Add a brief survey description in the Description field, including the purpose of the survey and how the data will be used.
